Lead Advanced Analytics Specialist

Job Summary

To drive data-driven decision-making in fraud and safety operations, the full-time Lead Advanced Analytics Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement systems that mitigate risks, democratize data access, and create actionable insights through advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities:

• Build self-service data tools that empower non-technical teams to generate actionable outcomes
• Create compelling narratives and dashboards to present insights to executives and cross-functional teams
• Define metrics and governance for fraud and safety experiments, ensuring data-driven decision-making

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, fraud, safety, or a related quantitative domain, or 2+ years with a PhD
• Proven ownership of large-scale data products or taxonomies
• Strong SQL and data-modeling expertise; familiarity with Python/R
• Experience designing experiments and applying causal inference methods
• Deep understanding of measuring rare events with statistical rigor
