Job Summary
To drive innovative campaigns that enhance customer loyalty and revenue, the contract Lead Advertising & Creative Services Manager will manage external agency partners, oversee project schedules, and ensure all creative projects align with business objectives while working virtually.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative campaigns by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to briefs and budget
- Lead creative presentations and consolidate feedback for agency partners throughout the project lifecycle
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in advertising, creative services, or marketing project management
- Proven experience managing external creative agencies from concept through final delivery
- Background in customer retention marketing focused on loyalty and revenue-driving campaigns
- Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheets, Figma, Acquia, and SharePoint for project management and creative collaboration
