Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Advisor (Business Central Lead Implementer).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with client goals
• Conduct workshops to gather client requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining professional communication and managing expectations throughout the project

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV) and full-cycle ERP implementations
• Deep understanding of core modules such as Finance, Sales, Purchasing, and Inventory
• Skilled in facilitating workshops and managing go-lives within a fast-paced implementation timeline
• Proficient with project management and collaboration tools, such as Microsoft Teams and DevOps
• Preferred certification: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate
