Lead AEM Developer

Job Summary

Seeking a hands-on Lead AEM Developer for a contract-to-hire position based in Pittsburgh, PA, or Dallas, TX, who will design, develop, and maintain AEM Forms solutions while integrating them with enterprise systems and third-party platforms in a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain AEM Forms solutions and customize AEM components, templates, and workflows
• Integrate AEM Forms with enterprise systems and third-party platforms while supporting both on-prem and cloud-based implementations
• Optimize performance and troubleshoot production issues, collaborating with designers, architects, and other engineers

Required qualifications

• 10-20 years of experience in AEM development, specifically with AEM Forms and Java
• Proficient in developing XDP Forms, Adaptive Forms, and HTML5 Forms
• Strong knowledge of XML/XSD, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and experience with AEM Workbench and AEM Forms Designer
• Experience with source control and build tools such as Git and Maven or Gradle
• Familiarity with cloud environments and AI-enabled document processing is preferred
