Lead AEM Developer

Job Summary

Driving the end-to-end evolution and modernization of digital experiences, the full-time remote Lead AEM Developer will leverage full-stack engineering expertise and cloud-native architecture to design, build, and integrate scalable solutions on Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) while adopting AI-assisted development practices.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable solutions on AEMaaCS, ensuring performance and resiliency
• Drive AI-enabled development practices, including automation of workflows and use of AI for content optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing capabilities aligned with business goals

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), preferably AEMaaCS
• 6+ years of experience in modern frontend frameworks (React or Vue.js) and building scalable user interfaces
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in AI-assisted software development practices
• Experience designing and consuming APIs and distributed systems
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and scalable architectures
