Lead AEP Engineer

Job Summary

Driving enterprise-scale implementations, the contract Lead AEP Engineer will architect, optimize, and maintain customer data solutions using Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of AEP, Real-Time CDP, and AJO solutions
• Design and manage XDM schemas, including field groups, datatypes, and identity namespaces
• Analyze and troubleshoot data flows across CDP, AJO, and CJA, optimizing for performance and accuracy

Required qualifications

• Proven expertise in Adobe Experience Platform, Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics
• Deep hands-on experience with XDM schema design, profile enablement, segmentation, and identity stitching
• Proficiency with AEP APIs and executing complex data integrations (Snowflake to AEP)
• Knowledge of dbt pipelines (snapshots, incremental loads, transformations)
• Experience in deploying RBAC/ABAC governance and multi-LOB data strategies
