Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Affiliate Solutions Consultant, US Based Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage, coach, develop, and motivate a team of Affiliate Solutions Consultants
• Assist franchisees with the setup, integration, and engagement of Brand programs and products
• Provide technical support to troubleshoot issues with franchise systems and programs

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years' experience in support/customer service, preferably in real estate/franchising
• Prior people management experience strongly preferred
• Strong technical skills and demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills
