- Lead technical advisories and guide customers through "Guided Consumption" engagements
- Perform hands-on configuration and debugging of complex technical issues
- Conduct workshops to empower customers in using Agentforce Analytics and resolving technical bottlenecks
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in Solution Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Implementation
- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, and Flow Builder
- Experience configuring AI agents or chatbots
- Ability to lead hands-on workshops such as "Build Your Agent" Hackathons
