Lead Agilist
Job Summary
Providing strategic Agile leadership, the full-time Lead Agilist will support the Integrated Healthcare Transformation initiative remotely, driving the adoption and continuous improvement of Agile and SAFe practices within the Veterans Health Administration.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide Agile transformation initiatives and provide expert consultation on Agile principles and frameworks
- Design and implement Agile operating models that align with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
- Facilitate SAFe implementation activities and assess organizational Agile maturity to develop transformation roadmaps
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 15 years of experience leading Agile transformations and large-scale Agile implementations
- Certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC) or Certified SAFe Practice Consultant-Trainer (SPCT) certification
- Expert-level knowledge and hands-on experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Proven experience coaching and mentoring executive leadership and delivery teams through Agile transformations
