Lead AI Actuary

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Actuary.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize Artificial Intelligence and Python to build platforms for loss forecasts and support P&C reinsurance transactions
• Collaborate with data scientists to enhance model development and testing using AI-assisted tools
• Manage the process from ideation to production in the development of analytical tools/software platforms

Required Qualifications

• FCAS or ACAS designation
• 7+ years of actuarial experience in Casualty (re)insurance
• Extensive experience in designing analytical tools/software platforms
• Proficiency in Python coding
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Codex, Cursor, or other AI agents)
