Lead AI Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Architect to serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for the design, deployment, governance, and optimization of the agency's AI ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, implement, and manage a secure and scalable enterprise AI environment
• Develop and maintain architecture diagrams and assist with AI solution deployment lifecycles
• Establish and manage an AI Performance and ROI Measurement Framework to optimize AI capabilities

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data science, software engineering, or system architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML production environments
• Experience architecting and managing enterprise AI environments in secure, regulated settings
• Hands-on expertise with Azure AI Foundry and deploying AI solutions
• Experience in AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices
• Public Trust security clearance required
