Lead AI Developer
Job Summary
Designing and deploying Generative AI and Agentic AI applications on AWS, the full-time Lead AI Developer will build intelligent agents and workflows while collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement scalable AI solutions remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and optimize LLM-powered applications, focusing on prompt engineering and orchestration logic
- Integrate enterprise data sources and external tools to automate complex business processes using LangGraph and LangChain
- Collaborate with architecture, cloud, and DevOps teams to ensure secure and observable AI solutions following best practices
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of industrial experience in software development
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML application development
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud development
- Practical experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and Python
- Familiarity with LLMs and Agentic AI technologies
