Lead AI Developer
Job Summary
To design and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions, the full-time Lead AI Developer will build intelligent agents and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, LangChain, and Python, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, test, and optimize LLM-powered applications, focusing on prompt engineering and context management
- Implement secure and scalable AI solutions on AWS, utilizing services like Amazon Bedrock
- Collaborate with architecture, cloud, and DevOps teams to adhere to software engineering best practices and CI/CD standards
Required qualifications
- 6-7 years of industrial experience in software development
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML application development
- Strong expertise in AWS cloud development
- Practical experience with LangGraph, LangChain, and Python
- Familiarity with LLMs and Agentic AI technologies
