Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Applied AI Engineer - Legal EdTech.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy workflow automations and data pipelines to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop and launch AI features within existing products and manage simulation product voice AI
• Mentor new engineers and provide technical direction as the team expands

Required Qualifications

• Strong Python skills for data processing and API integrations
• 5+ years of experience in building production backend or data engineering systems
• Hands-on experience with LLM technologies, including prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
• Full-stack capability to build and deploy APIs independently
• Experience with Azure infrastructure and workflow automation platforms is a plus
