Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver machine learning solutions in collaboration with engineering and business teams
• Build and deploy ML and LLM models for chatbot, voicebot, and customer support initiatives
• Lead the development of NLP applications and define performance metrics for AI solutions

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied data science, machine learning, or related AI fields
• A degree in a STEM or quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Experience leading projects end-to-end with mentorship or team-building experience
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLM tools like LangChain, Hugging Face, and Llama
• Exposure to cloud platforms and data visualization tools
