Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer - Chatbot.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver machine learning solutions in collaboration with engineering and business teams
• Build and deploy ML and LLM models for chatbot and customer support initiatives
• Lead development of NLP applications to enhance customer engagement and insights

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in applied data science or machine learning, with 2+ years in LLM/RAG technologies
• A degree in a STEM or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics)
• Proven ability to translate technical work into business value for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience leading projects end-to-end and mentoring team members
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with LLM tools like LangChain and Hugging Face
