Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to design and deliver generative and agentic AI systems end to end.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production-grade Generative AI applications and agentic systems
• Architect and implement scalable backends using cloud-native deployments and microservices
• Provide technical mentorship and lead innovation sprints to explore emerging AI techniques

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML systems engineering
• Experience with cloud-native deployments in AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Strong programming skills in Python or Javascript with a focus on OOP and scalable architectures
• Proven track record in developing and deploying Generative AI/LLM-based systems
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
