Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to architect and deploy machine learning and AI systems across its payments platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models, collaborating with product, engineering, and risk teams
• Work with structured and unstructured data across payments, onboarding, and identity systems
• Build and maintain production-grade ML pipelines and AI agent systems for internal and external use

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience building AI/ML systems in production
• Strong Python skills and experience with frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
• Proven ability to deploy ML models to production, including CI/CD and model monitoring
• Experience with LLM frameworks and techniques such as LangChain and Hugging Face
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to collaborate across teams
