Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to architect and deliver next-generation Generative AI and Agentic systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production-grade Generative AI applications and Agentic systems
• Utilize AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding efficiency and maintain quality
• Provide technical mentorship and lead innovation sprints to explore emerging AI techniques

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years of software development experience, with at least 3 years in AI/ML systems engineering
• Experience with cloud-native deployments in AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Proficient in Python or Javascript with a strong understanding of OOP and scalable microservice architecture
• Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted development tools and clean coding practices
• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical discipline
