Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shaping, planning, and executing tasks and projects to improve the Pathfinder Agent
• Designing architecture that aligns with the overall product
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to guide work direction
• Ensuring quality in documentation, test coverage, and management of technical debt

Required Qualifications:

• Practical experience in building specialized AI agents from scratch
• Good understanding of software APIs and integration ecosystems
• Experience in product management and coordinating with stakeholders
• Ability to work autonomously and manage tasks effectively
• Experience in a remote work environment is preferred
