Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join their RADAR team.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end machine learning pipelines for regression and classification tasks
• Implement data pre-processing, feature engineering, and model deployment techniques
• Develop and deliver training content and workshops for team members on data science concepts and tools

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of applied experience in data science, machine learning, and/or quantitative analytics
• Strong proficiency in R and Python for statistical modeling and API pipeline development
• Hands-on experience building supervised learning models using relevant frameworks
• Experience with SQL and large-scale data warehouses or analytical databases
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field; Master's degree preferred
