Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and extend the eval pipeline for measuring task completion and handling production failures
• Work on context management to maintain coherence in long-horizon tasks
• Design sub-agent patterns and own document parsing for structured context from supplier uploads

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience shipping production software with strong proficiency in Python (TypeScript is a plus)
• Experience shipping at least one LLM-powered feature or product
• Frequent user of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex
• Demonstrated side projects showcasing personal initiative and creativity
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
