Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and deployment of production-grade AI agent solutions, the full-time remote Lead Agentic AI Engineer will architect multi-agent systems, implement enterprise data contexts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance supply chain and manufacturing workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the engineering lead for Agentic AI delivery, overseeing the design, development, and deployment of AI agent solutions
• Architect multi-agent AI systems using Azure AI technologies, including tool calling and agent coordination
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and scope AI use cases, prioritizing the roadmap and driving adoption across teams

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relevant AI experience, or Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience with multi-agent system design and Azure AI technologies
• Strong Python engineering skills for building production-grade AI agents and pipelines
• Proficiency in Databricks, including Python, SQL, and Delta Lake
• Functional understanding of Supply Planning and Manufacturing processes
