Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

Innovative and tech-savvy, the full-time salaried Lead AI Engineer will design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems for business operations, establishing architectural patterns and ensuring production reliability while working in a hybrid or remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes architectural patterns, evaluation practices, and deployment standards for AI systems
• Translates business solutions into technical plans, owning the end-to-end solution delivery process
• Builds monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure the reliability of production AI agents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of software engineering experience with a strong full-stack foundation
• Recent hands-on experience building AI or LLM-backed systems and deploying them to production
• Experience architecting solutions from scratch and ensuring ongoing reliability
• Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms
