Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

To support the AI Strategy & Experience team, the full-time Lead AI Engineer will design, develop, and validate AI-powered solutions, focusing on proof-of-concepts and agent-driven applications while collaborating with strategists and designers in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and iterate on functional AI solutions that demonstrate business value and technical feasibility
• Design and implement AI-driven features, including LLM integrations and agent workflows, through rapid prototyping and testing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate experience concepts into working solutions aligned with Agentic Customer Experience principles

Required qualifications

• Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python or TypeScript, with experience in AI-enabled applications
• Hands-on experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and retrieval techniques like RAG
• Experience with agent-based architectures and orchestration patterns
• Familiarity with APIs, cloud services, and system integration patterns
• Experience developing generative interfaces or conversational experiences for dynamic interactions
