Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

To design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions, the contract Lead Agentic AI Engineer will work remotely, focusing on developing scalable Agentic AI applications and mentoring engineering teams while leveraging expertise in Python, LangChain, and AWS Bedrock.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Agentic AI applications for enterprise use cases
• Lead the development of autonomous AI agents using LangChain, LangGraph, and modern orchestration frameworks
• Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML and Generative AI
• Proven experience leading AI engineering projects and mentoring teams
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions in production
