Lead AI Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Lead AI Engineer to join the Business Operations team, responsible for defining the architecture and delivery approach for agentic AI solutions that automate business operations, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Establishes architectural patterns, evaluation practices, and deployment standards for AI solutions
• Collaborates with the AI Enablement Manager to optimize operational processes and owns solutions from technical planning to deployment
• Builds and maintains monitoring and evaluation systems to ensure production reliability of AI agents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of software engineering and architecture experience with a strong full-stack foundation
• Recent hands-on experience architecting and delivering AI or LLM-backed systems in production
• Proficiency in Python and experience with cloud platforms
• Experience mentoring engineers and setting technical direction across multiple initiatives
