Lead AI Experience Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Lead AI Experience Designer, the successful candidate will establish UX/UI practices for client AI solutions, transforming AI capabilities into polished products while collaborating with cross-functional teams to elevate user experience and interface quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Define design standards and create reusable design systems to ensure consistent AI experiences across client engagements
• Lead user discovery and usability testing to synthesize insights into product recommendations and clear UX direction
• Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-enabled products, producing artifacts such as wireframes and prototypes to enhance delivery quality

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or a closely related discipline
• Proven track record of owning end-to-end product design from research to polished UI delivery
• Strong user-research capabilities, including interviews and usability testing
• Demonstrated ability to make clear product recommendations in ambiguous environments
• A portfolio showcasing interaction design and the ability to simplify complex workflows
