Lead AI Forward Deployed Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Accelerator Platform Software team, the full-time Lead AI Forward Deployed Engineer will embed with sub-teams to build agentic workflows, own shared tooling and infrastructure, and establish quality evaluations for AI-assisted engineering in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Embed with APS sub-teams to integrate agentic workflows into coding, debugging, and testing processes
• Own the shared skills repository and internal tooling to enhance developer productivity through evaluated automation
• Build and maintain evaluations to ensure workflow quality is measured and regression-tested

Required Qualifications

• Strong software engineering background with a preference for systems or infrastructure experience
• Expert experience using agentic development tools and integrating LLM APIs
• Proven track record of developing internal tooling that engineers have adopted
• Ability to build credibility with senior systems engineers through results
• Self-directed working style with the capability to define a roadmap based on observed friction
