Lead AI Insights Engineer

Job Summary

Delivering production-grade AI products remotely, the full-time Lead AI Insights Engineer will leverage unstructured data processing, develop clinical risk models, and communicate AI product impacts within the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Leverage LLM tools for early disease identification and clinical recommendations using unstructured clinical data
• Create production-grade AI products, including data pipelines, monitoring, and performance analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive real-world outcomes and communicate AI value to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in value-based care
• Bachelor's and/or master's degree in a quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Data Science, or Mathematics
• Strong SQL skills and experience with data visualization tools, preferably Sigma
• Advanced knowledge of at least one programming language outside of SQL, preferably Python
