Key Responsibilities

Maintain knowledge of AI/ML advancements to inform strategic planning and innovation
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines for AI-based products
Lead and mentor junior AI/ML scientists and engineers while ensuring compliance with industry standards

Required Qualifications

MS degree (or BS degree plus 5+ years equivalent experience) in a quantitative field
3+ years of experience with the full ML system development lifecycle
3+ years of experience with Voice Technologies and natural language processing
3+ years of experience with advanced NLP models and methodologies
2+ years of experience in developing and deploying Generative AI models
