Lead AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer to drive the design and operationalization of AI/ML solutions for clinical workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architecture and implementation of scalable AI/ML solutions integrated into the ecosystem
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including model development, deployment, and monitoring
• Mentor ML engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify impactful use cases

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related STEM field
• 10+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in building and deploying ML systems
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end ML solutions and building API-based inference services
• Solid skills in Python and modern ML libraries, along with expertise in MLOps practices
• Experience collaborating across functions and translating needs into technical solutions
