Lead AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer to lead the development of autonomous medical coding solutions using machine learning in a remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ML projects including data strategy, modeling, evaluation, and deployment
• Architect scalable training and inference systems with strong SLAs and monitoring
• Drive MLOps excellence through CI/CD for ML and model governance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field, or 4+ years of equivalent practical experience
• 7+ years building and operating ML systems in production
• 5+ years experience in C# or Python
• 5+ years experience in Azure
• 5+ years experience in supervised learning and deep learning methodologies
