Lead AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer who will spearhead Natural Language Understanding and Processing initiatives in the healthcare technology space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of research and enablement of NLUP initiatives, including Large Language Models and Named Entity Recognition
• Contribute to the NLUP strategy by applying technology to enhance personalization, recommendation, search, and content generation capabilities
• Mentor and coach team members while collaborating with cross-functional teams on various ML projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
• 5 years of professional experience in designing, building, and evaluating Machine Learning Language Models
• Proficiency in Python and experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Transformer models
• Experience with relational databases such as SQL or Postgres
• Familiarity with public cloud technologies, preferably AWS
