Lead AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

To advance health optimization on a global scale, the remote Lead AI/ML Engineer will design and implement machine learning models, create custom embeddings, and integrate AI solutions within Databricks while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Designing and implementing ML models and custom embeddings
• Building RAG pipelines and integrating AI into enterprise systems for Claims Payment Integrity
• Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and optimizing AI pipelines for performance and scalability

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Data Science and strong ML end-to-end model development
• 5+ years of experience with Python, Scala, and SQL
• 3+ years of experience with Databricks and Spark
• 2+ years of experience with LLM and Generative AI technologies
