Lead AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Driving end-to-end ownership in a remote capacity, the full-time Lead AI/ML Engineer will design and implement AI/ML solutions that integrate into clinical workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Next.js, React, and modern TypeScript patterns
• Build and integrate LLM powered capabilities using industry standard AI frameworks and APIs
• Deploy, monitor, and operate applications on Microsoft Azure, ensuring scalability and security

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or 4+ years of equivalent software engineering experience
• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full stack development
• 3+ years of experience with Next.js / React, TypeScript, and modern frontend architectures
• 3+ years of backend development experience with Node.js or equivalent server-side frameworks
• 2+ years of experience integrating AI/LLMs into applications
