Lead AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a highly experienced Lead AI/ML Engineer to work remotely in a full-time capacity, responsible for guiding core data science initiatives, overseeing the entire ML lifecycle, and providing technical leadership to the machine learning engineering team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable ML models to address complex business challenges
• Oversee the full machine learning lifecycle, including data ingestion, model training, and deployment
• Mentor junior engineers and champion best practices for MLOps and coding standards

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Experience with MLOps tools and cloud services like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Demonstrated ability to deploy ML solutions in large-scale production environments
