Lead AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Driving end-to-end Machine Learning projects, the full-time remote Lead AI/ML Engineer will build and optimize models, analyze healthcare data, and mentor team members while presenting insights to senior leadership.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of complex Machine Learning models and experiments
• Perform hands-on analysis of healthcare datasets to derive actionable insights
• Establish automated processes for large-scale data analysis and model validation

Required qualifications:

• PhD in AI, computer science, data science, applied math, or related technical fields
• 10+ years of industry or academic experience in machine learning
• 5+ years of experience building models for business applications
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams
• Solid programming skills in Python and experience with deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow
