Lead AI/ML Engineer

Job Summary

Driving the design and deployment of AI-powered solutions, the full-time remote Lead AI/ML Engineer will lead the development of scalable AI systems, collaborate with stakeholders, and implement best practices in AI engineering.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders and engineering teams to define end-to-end AI/ML workflows
• Mentor engineering teams and drive execution across geographically distributed teams

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software, data, or AI/ML engineering
• 5+ years of solid programming experience in Python or Java
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale data platforms
• 2+ years of experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Proven experience leading geographically distributed engineering teams
