Lead AI ML Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the design and delivery of scalable voice and chat solutions, the full-time Lead AI ML Engineer will manage Amazon Connect contact flows, build Lambda-based integrations, and ensure platform reliability while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Design and manage Amazon Connect contact flows (IVR & chat)
• Build Lambda-based integrations for backend APIs and optimize routing and call handling
• Lead production support, root cause analysis, and continuous improvements for system performance

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with APIs, event-driven design, and IVR systems
• 2+ years of experience with Node.js (TypeScript preferred)
• 2+ years of experience with AWS services, including Amazon Connect and AWS Lambda
• 2+ years of experience with conversational systems, specifically Amazon Lex
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa sponsorship
