Lead AI/ML Engineer
Job Summary
To drive technical vision and architecture for AI/ML solutions, the full-time Lead AI/ML Engineer will lead engineering teams, mentor junior engineers, and integrate advanced models into enterprise products while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and development of high-performance AI and machine learning pipelines for enterprise initiatives
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI/ML engineers and data scientists

Required qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field; Ph.D. is a plus

- Expert programming skills in Python and proficiency in ML/AI frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and container orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes
- Proven experience in deploying advanced pre-trained models into low-latency production environments
