Lead AI/ML Scientist

Job Summary

To support innovative healthcare solutions, the remote Lead AI/ML Scientist will develop novel AI approaches, build and test deep learning models, and collaborate with stakeholders to create impactful solutions while ensuring compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop novel AI approaches for healthcare using structured and unstructured data
• Build and test deep learning and traditional ML models in distributed computing environments
• Communicate findings with business stakeholders and collaborate on customer-focused solutions

Required qualifications:

• MS in computer science or related quantitative field with 5+ years of AI/ML experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of experience
• 5+ years of experience with Python, classical ML methods, and deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Proven experience in developing and documenting AI/ML models and solutions
