Job Summary

Lead AI Software Architect, a full-time position focused on managing the development of AI processes, workflows, models, and applications to enhance organizational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop greenfield AI processes and scalable AI infrastructure
• Lead cross-functional engineering teams and mentor developers
• Collaborate on platform services integration across products

Required Qualifications:

• BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
• 5-10+ years of software engineering/architecture experience
• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML infrastructure and LLM application development
• Expert-level proficiency in Python and Java programming
• Proven experience with distributed frameworks and AWS
