Lead AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Software Engineer to design and deliver AI/ML solutions for the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-design AI solutions and oversee product-level delivery within enterprise AI architecture
• Lead end-to-end implementation of AI models and ensure production deployment with MLOps practices
• Build and maintain data pipelines while ensuring HIPAA compliance and collaborating with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Health Informatics, or related field
• Healthcare domain experience in clinical or revenue cycle management
• 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in ML/AI solutions and 2+ years in leadership roles
• Proficiency with SQL Server Management Studio and experience with Azure AI technologies
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI or Anthropic models and familiarity with MLOps practices
