Lead AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Software Engineer to design and deliver AI/ML solutions for the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-design AI solutions and lead end-to-end implementation within enterprise AI architecture
• Establish and operate MLOps for model tracking, deployment, and monitoring
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into AI services

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years in ML/AI solutions and 2+ years leading initiatives
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Hands-on experience with OpenAI or Anthropic models and proficiency in Python and ML frameworks
• Demonstrated knowledge of HIPAA compliance and security practices in AI development
