Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead AI Software Engineer, Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions within the platform
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines and develop high-quality code aligned to enterprise standards
• Establish LLMOps and DevOps best practices, ensuring operational excellence and collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years, Master's with 8+ years, or PhD with minimum 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or software engineering
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Python and proficiency in modern AI/ML libraries
• 6+ years of experience with Java and building enterprise-grade services
• Experience with vector databases and LLM orchestration frameworks
• Proven ability to influence technical direction and mentor engineers across teams
