Lead AI Software Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Lead AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI-enabled full-stack web applications on AWS, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of AI-enabled full-stack web applications deployed on AWS
• Develop and maintain end-to-end solutions across frontend (ReactJS), backend services (Java/Python), APIs, and databases
• Implement accessible, user-friendly web interfaces and enforce DevSecOps practices throughout the development lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum six years of professional experience in software engineering, including a senior or lead role
• Expert-level proficiency in Java or Python for backend development and strong experience with ReactJS for frontend development
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying full-stack web applications in AWS cloud environments
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI-aided coding tools and familiarity with application security and DevSecOps practices
