Lead AI Solutions Architect

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Lead AI Solutions Architect - Legal Operations will design and build AI-powered legal workflow solutions, collaborating closely with attorneys and managing the complete lifecycle of internal AI tools.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI systems integrated with legal workflows using tools like ChatGPT and Copilot
• Collaborate with legal teams to gather requirements and prototype AI solutions, refining them for production use
• Monitor system performance and usage, identifying areas for improvement or rebuilding to better serve legal operations

Required qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with AI/ML engineering, including large language models, NLP, and computer vision
• Extensive full-stack development expertise, with familiarity in cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Ability to craft a long-term technical vision aligning with company strategy and legal workflows
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, including leadership
• Experience mapping and redesigning legal processes to incorporate automation and AI solutions
