Lead AI Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

To drive innovative AI solutions, the full-time Lead AI Solutions Engineer will build and deploy high-impact internal AI agents and applications remotely, collaborating with product and business stakeholders to transform prioritized use cases into functional prototypes and production-ready tools.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, and iterate internal AI agents and workflow tools for priority business use cases
• Partner with stakeholders to translate product requirements and business needs into technical implementations
• Integrate AI agents with internal systems and data sources to enhance real-world utility

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI-powered applications and workflows
• Strong understanding of agentic engineering and multi-step workflows
• Experience integrating AI systems with internal tools and data sources via APIs
• Familiarity with security, governance, and observability principles
