Lead Algorithm Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the development of next-generation self-driving technologies, the full-time Lead Algorithm Engineer will architect and deliver advanced 3D world models that integrate map and perception data, enabling intelligent navigation in complex environments, with opportunities for remote work.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the design and development of systems that integrate perception and mapping technologies for autonomous driving
• Drive the creation of scalable, real-time 3D representations by fusing multi-modal sensor data
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mentor engineers and align technical strategies

Required qualifications:

• PhD with 6+ years or MS with 10+ years of relevant experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience leading complex software systems in robotics or autonomous vehicles
• Strong expertise in system design, real-time processing, and scalable software architectures
• Demonstrated ability to drive technical direction and deliver results in ambiguous environments
• Experience with embedded or automotive-grade systems is highly desirable
